0.68 NEAR for every started block of 10 wallets (0.068 NEAR per wallet), so 45 wallets cost 5 blocks. On top of that, each account that is not registered on the token needs a storage deposit of about 0.002 NEAR, and each batch pays a little network gas.

A NEP-141 token only holds balances for accounts registered on it, and registering pays for the bytes that balance takes on NEAR. The multisender checks every account first and adds the deposit only where it is missing.

A batch goes to one token contract, so it lands whole or not at all: a failed batch sends no tokens. Your payment is kept, and Resume sends the missing batches without charging again.

Named accounts like alice.near or bob.tg, which must already exist, and implicit accounts (64 hexadecimal characters), which are valid before they exist.

Airdrop a NEP-141 token on NEAR

Sending a token to many NEAR accounts by hand means registering each one on the token and signing a transfer per account. The NEAR Multisender does both in batches: it reads which accounts are already registered, adds the storage deposit only for the rest, and groups up to 50 accounts per transaction to the token contract.
