The Smithii fee is 4.62 NEAR, plus the tokens and NEAR you add, a small Rhea storage deposit (mostly refunded) and network gas.
Rhea adds liquidity at the pool ratio, so a small part of one side can stay in your Rhea balance. Withdraw it to your wallet on app.rhea.finance; it is free apart from gas.
Type the token account and the tool lists its NEAR pools, or open the pool on Rhea: the number in its address is the pool ID.
