A CSV with one row per wallet: the address and how many pieces of the collection it holds. It drops straight into the Multisender, which is what most people take a snapshot for.

No. The list comes from public chain data, so any collection can be read. Snapshotting a competitor before an airdrop is an ordinary way to pick who to reward.

Current holders, at the block you take it. Ownership changes constantly, so a list taken a week before a distribution rewards whoever held then, not whoever holds when you send.

Nothing, and they cannot tell. Taking a snapshot is a read of the explorer: no transaction touches their wallet and no approval is asked for.

A flat fee per snapshot, regardless of how large the collection is. The figure is shown before you sign, in ETH.

A young chain has cleaner lists

Fewer marketplaces and less lending means fewer NFTs sitting in escrow contracts when you read the chain, so a holder list on Robinhood Chain usually points at more real wallets than the same collection would elsewhere. That is the one advantage of being early that costs nothing.
